When I experienced an ectopic pregnancy and none of my friends or even my mom knew what that meant, I knew we needed to make a change.
I started Damsel out of both frustration and hope - frustration that women’s stories are too often overlooked, and hope that by bringing them forward, we can change the narrative together.

Partner & Co-Host
I joined Damsal to take control and reclaim my health. After seeing family and friends struggle without the right resources or support, I want to both be there for them and make a change for myself.
